years of in-the-field systems design, Cobol programming and customer support. I understand

the communication skills to talk with all business personnel, from CEO’s to data
entry clerks, and all levels in between, I can serve effectively as a liaison between user
departments, upper- and mid-level management, and vendors. I am as comfortable in the
executive's office as I am in the clerk's office,

ability to lead, manage and motivate staff personnel to appreciate their place in the
business enterprise, and to deliver their work accurately, on time, and on budget,

an inventory and accounting software package for 35-40 private companies and government agencies
with installations coast-to-coast.

levels of personnel (CEO to clerical) to understand needs and develop software and business
processes to address them.

hardware vendors to assist customers in procurement of new hardware and third-party software
products, and implementation of these items on their network(s).
§ Have worked intimately
with customers to ensure seamless migrations of software and data, first, from minicomputer to
pc-based platform, and more recently, from dos to 32-bit Windows networks platform for dozens of
customers.
